Chef Roy Perkins is com­mit­ted to using only the best ingre­di­ents and uses Col­orado Raised meats that are chem­i­cal and hor­mone free.

Start your day with a hearty break­fast of Huevos Rancheros or Bis­cuits and Gravy. Our lunch menu includes a wide vari­ety of sal­ads such as Grilled Flank Steak Cobb or Baby Spinach Salad, or try a Burger or our Pulled Pork Sand­wich, Shrimp Po’ Boy or Corned Beef Reuben. Din­ner offers sal­ads, burg­ers as well as entrees such as Crab Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp, Filet au Poivre or Grilled Chicken and Penne.
